ITTV, www.ittv-uk.co.uk is very similar to Power2Show in its capability and functionality. It will combine all multimedia formats into one SHOW.

The main difference is that ITTV is transmitted via a wireless, software-based micro-player – and not through connection to a laptop. It is therefore ideal for locations where a permanent screen is in place.

ITTV requires no infrastructure and thus makes the deployment of a digital displays solution extremely affordable, cost effective, extremely easy to maintain and use, and suitable for installation in any location.

Just as a cable/sat set-top box turns a monitor to a TV, ITTV "box" turns a monitor to an IT content based (live web pages, multimedia files, RSS headlines) TV.

The micro-player is connected to the screen / monitor, and is controlled by a wireless connection to the 'controlling computer.' The advantage of this is that the user can carry on working on the computer, whilst the show is playing on the screen. This "controlling computer" can also be accessed remotely making it an ideal way of managing projects in different locations.
